Originally, I wanted to go for the children's books from famed Gruffalo (and other titles written by Julia Donaldson) illustrator Axel Scheffler, but I felt this would just confuse the non-UK folks even more than necessary. That, or I have a soft spot for Judith Kerr's whimsical tales of a troublesome cat.

Blame my niece and nephew as I was doing a half-homage fanart tribute to the person who did Charlie and Lola.

Come to think of it, young Luna and Noctis really remind me of Charlie and Lola, in terms of fuzzy sibling-like relationships, even if it's just a brief moment in their childhoods.
